We have convened local leaders from the target schools and the district, colleges and universities, non-profit associations, businesses communities, and government organizations, in a multi-sector partnership that will guide the development and implementation of the Philadelphia Postsecondary Success Program and plan for its sustainability beyond the five-year grant period.
