Event Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Philadelphia Education Fund seeks a poised, detail-oriented, and personable individual to serve as the Event Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO.  This newly-created position offers the right individual the opportunity to be part of the team leading the growth of the City’s premier education nonprofit.  The individual in this position will serve as the accountable lead on specific resource development and event planning efforts, while also executing on essential administrative responsibilities in support of the agency’s President and CEO, and its Board of Directors.

The duties of the Event Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO include executing on key tasks in a manner that delivers on resource development goals and event planning needs, supports the President and CEO in a professional and confidential manner, and manages the coordination of key donor, board and committee meetings.
