Corporate Tax Credits (EITC)
Offset your PA tax obligations through a charitable gift to the Philadelphia Education Fund under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. The EITC program awards 75% to 90% tax credits to qualified businesses that make contributions to educational improvement organizations (EIOs), like the Philadelphia Education Fund. Underwrite an Event
PEF events range from college and career field trips, summer work internships, financial aid and FAFSA pop-up workshops, teacher professional development, college and career fairs, our Education First Compact monthly speaker series, and four college planning intensives targeting high school ninth through 12th graders.
Your support helps to defray the costs associated with producing one or more of these successful annual events.
Endow a Scholarship
Established in 1990, PEF’s Philadelphia Scholars Endowed Scholarship Program supports low-income students with a gap-filling, last-dollar scholarship. Each year, the program awards $500,000 in scholarship aid to more than 130 students. Yet, the need continues to outpace our ability to meet it.
