Kimberly Stephens joined the Philadelphia Education Fund in January of 2012 as the Director of the College Access Program. She is responsible for the continued development of the program, ensuring synergy amongst organization initiatives, while working toward improving student access to college.
Prior to this position, Kim served as the Director of Higher Ed Partnerships and Services. As the Director, Kim worked in close alignment with the Executive Director to increase postsecondary educational attainment among adults and to bring more adults to complete a college degree. Before joining Graduate! Philadelphia, Kim worked in higher education at the community college level for 15 years working with the Educational Opportunity Fund Program and as the Director of Academic Advisement and Transfer where she led a team of professionals in the areas of Academic Advisement, Transfer, Special Populations and Job Placement.
Kim earned a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Trenton State College and a M.A. in Counseling and Personnel Services from The College of New Jersey. On all occasions, Kim enjoys assisting individuals maximize and realize their greatness within.
